How do I order samples?

We offer up to three blank samples for your review.  First add the items you are interested in to your favorites screen.  From there you can select the items you would like to receive.

How do I order proofs?

1st Class Wedding has invested in an Online Proof system. All of our invitations can be proofed online before ordering. We also understand that occasionally a customer will want a printed proof. The cost is $25.00 per proof and it will take 2-3 weeks to receive the proof. In order to receive a proof:

1. Customize the invitation with the desired wording.
2. Submit the order.
3. Contact us via the phone with your order number.
4. We will hold the order and print 1 proof and mail it to you.
5. When you are ready, contact us with approval to print the rest of the order.


6. *Printed Proofs are not available for all invitations.

What type of printing do you use?

We use thermography to print your order.  Thermography has slightly raised letters that you can feel when you touch the wording.

How do I save my work for later? ("my favorites")

Select an item to proof.  Click the "Add This Item to Favorites".  Your current Quote, Verse and color selections will be saved for review later.  Once you have an item(s) in favorites a new button will appear, "View Favorites" that will show the number of items you have saved.

Personalizing your invitation

Select a style from the thumbnails page by double clicking the thumbnail image or clicking the full ensemble view.  Select an item such as "Invitation" or "Response Card" from the drop-down menu.  Now you can modify that item by making verse, font and color selections.  Use the "Add Your Personal Wedding Info" button to see the particulars of your wedding on the items.

Custom Verse

You can modify one of our verses or write your own by using the "Modify Currently Selected Verse" button.

How long does it take to receive my order?

It usually takes 1-2 business days to print your order.  Shipping time is in addition.  Shipping options such as overnight delivery can be chosen as you proceed through the order process.

Return Policy

Your order is guaranteed to be free from defect in workmanship.  We promptly replace orders at no charge if it is determined that we caused an error or for poor quality in workmanship. We ask that you proof your order carefully.  Your order will be printed exactly as you enter it.  We cannot accept returns for items that are printed as you ordered them.
