We offer samples for nearly every stationery item featured on our website, including save the dates. For a limited time we are offering up to five samples absolutely FREE.Wedding invitation samples will come with the coordinating RSVP card if the invitation design includes one and the invitation and RSVP envelopes that match. Save the date cards and invitations only include the primary card and its corresponding envelope.
To request a sample, select a design and color. Next, click the "Order Samples" link by the Personalize button and it will be added to your cart. Then, finish shopping and check out. That's all there is to it!
How do I order proofs?
1st Class Wedding orders will include up to three complimentary digital proofs. Once your order is placed, our professional designers will review your text and personalization and return a digital proof via email within 2-3 business days for your approval. If you select an expedited shipping method, your digital proof will be returned in 1 business day. If corrections are required, they will be made and another digital proof will be supplied. Once approved, your order will go to press.
What type of printing do you use?
We use a number of different printing processes based on the invitation design you select. The Print Type is indicated under the description of each design.
Our Digital Offset Printing invitations use the highest quality digital printing presses available anywhere. With bright, long-lasting colors, this print on demand process comes with the very best in print quality, quick turnarounds, and competitive pricing.
Our Letterpress invitations use the oldest and most traditional of processes. Letterpress images are slightly raised above the surface of the paper stock, accepting ink on those raised surfaces. The lasting image is usually sharp and crisp and often leaves a slight embossed area on the back side of the printed piece.
Many of our designs are printed with a process called Thermography. Thermography has slightly raised letters that you can feel. A power resin is added that adheres to the wet ink areas. The sheet is then heated, causing the resin to melt and fuse. Less expensive than letterpress, the end result is very similar in look and feel.
How do I customize my invitations?
Begin by selecting a style. Next, click the silver Personalize button. You will then see the steps for selecting the color and quantities for each piece in the ensemble. Then click the blue Personalize button and enter the information requested.
Please note that designs printed on our Signature Matte White, Signature Textured Ecru and Signature Textured White papers can be customized with your choice of text, layout and color from the options provided.
For a limited time, we are offering customization options offered on our Signature Collection digitally printed items FREE of charge. These include customized font colors not already offered for that design, custom text layout, custom background and design element colors, foreign text and personal crests.
How can I order custom colors?
If you do not find the color you want under those that are offered we may be able to help you with a specific color match on some of the invitation designs we offer. Color cards showcasing available colors will be sent when you place sample orders for our Signature Matte White, Signature Textured White and Signature Textured Ecru paper types. If you have a specific color in mind, please contact our customer service professionals to find out how we can work together to make the best match.
How do I personalize my items?
You will be directed through the easy online personalization process once you click the blue Personalize button. A simple process will allow you to personalize and preview your selections just by answering the questions on the input screen. If you have any questions along the way our customer service professionals are there to help.
How can I place an order for a foreign text or personal crest?
We know that everyone does not want their invitations printed in English so we are happy to work with you to print the language you want. Simply submit your order with an EPS, PDF or AI file showing the exact text, font style and size in the exact layout you wish it to be printed and we will print your order from this digital file. Personal crests can be submitted in this manner as well. Please note that crests that distract from the intent of the original design cannot be used.
How do I save my work for later?
You can easily save your work and return to it later to place your actual order. Click the light blue Save button at any time, name your project, then click the blue Accept button. You will be directed to set up an account if you have not done so already so that you can return later to complete your order.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We control the entire order, printing and shipping process so can predict turnaround times on all orders. To insure accuracy, we review every order and send a complimentary proof via email within 2-3 business days from the time you place your order. Once we receive your approval by phone or email, your digitally printed Signature Collection order will ship within 3 business days. Orders printed by thermography or letterpress will require 4 days following proof approval.
Orders and proof approvals received before 5:00 pm CST are considered orders and approvals for the current weekday. For example, orders or proof approvals received at 5:01 pm CST Friday are considered received on the following Monday.
Shipping times vary according to shipping methods selected and location of delivery. Please allow 7 – 10 business days for economy shipping. Expedited shipping methods are available for an additional cost.
Envelopes and Options
Blank envelopes are provided in the quantity ordered. Inner envelopes are optional on many designs and can be ordered when going through the online ordering process. If additional envelopes are desired, please include this request by selection this option and a quantity when placing your order.
Colored liners add a special touch and are available for many of our invitation designs for a small additional charge. You will see this option and the liner colors available when entering your order.
We recommend you also include your return address on your outer envelopes. This option can be added for a small additional charge.
Return Policy
Your order is guaranteed to be free from defect in workmanship. We promptly replace orders at no charge if it is determined that we caused an error or for poor quality in workmanship. We ask that you proof your order carefully. Your order will be printed exactly as you have approved it. We cannot accept returns for items that are printed as per your specifications. Please contact us immediately or at least within 45 days of receipt of your completed order if you have any concerns at all and we will be happy to work with you to insure your 100% satisfaction.
